Cardamom (Elettaria cadamomum)

Cardamom essential oil is pricey, but almost everyone who inhales the aroma falls in love with it. East Indians have long considered the aroma invigorating, warmly romantic, and an aphrodisiac -- an obviously good combination!

This is its most popular use, but in case illness threatens to destroy your love life, the essential oil also treats digestive problems, such as poor appetite and upset stomach, and it eases coughs and muscle spasms.

It is a bacteria and virus fighter and relieves the swelling and irritation that results from inflammation -- headaches, menstrual cramps, bruises, insect bites and so. This multipurpose oil can also improve your concentration by reducing drowsiness and irritability.

Other Uses include but are not limited to: Colic, cramp, dyspepsia, flatulence, griping pain, heartburn, indigestion, vomiting, travel sickness, bad breath, MUSCULAR: Spasms and cramps, pre- and apres-sport
NERVOUS: Mental fatigue, nervous strain, exhaustion, convalescence, lack of concentration, anorexia, aphrodisiac

Warnings
- Never mix more than 3 oils in any one treatment as the synergistic effects are less predictable.

- Essential Oils are for the use of adults only unless specifically indicated for use on children/infants.
- Never exceed a maximum of 1-3% solution of essential oil to base oil. Approximately 25 drops of essential oil in 50ml of base oil should be used.
