Lime ( Citrus medica)

Ylang-Ylang, vanilla bring out the essential oil's sensual side. Perfumes containing lime oil have a refreshing, interesting note.
Lime is antiseptic and helps fight infections and protects the body from viruses. Lime oil is a standard ingredient in avocado skin cream from Mexico.

Cellulite, high blood pressure, nosebleeds, obesity (congestion), poor circulation Acne, anemia, brittle nails, boils, corns, cuts, greasy skin, herpes, insect bites, mouth ulcers, sports, warts It may be used as a diuretic. Lime helps reduce flatulence.

SAFETY CAUTIONS:
Photosensitizing: Like all citrus oils, lime oil can also cause spots on the skin when exposed to sunlight. Do not use before going out into the sun.

Warnings
- Never mix more than 3 oils in any one treatment as the synergistic effects are less predictable.

- Essential Oils are for the use of adults only unless specifically indicated for use on children/infants.
- Never exceed a maximum of 1-3% solution of essential oil to base oil. Approximately 25 drops of essential oil in 50ml of base oil should be used.
