Myrtle

Clarifying, cleansing, Freshening.

Viscous, with a fresh, fruity-spicy scent with a rich, tenacious floral undertone. Blends well with clary sage, sandalwood, bergamot and other florals.
Has a 'feel good' factor due mainly to the appreciation of it's scent. The oil has a distinct, spicy, camphor-like aroma. Myrtle oil is used to add a spicy, herbal component to outdoors and natural-type colognes.

Inhibits growth of various bacteria. Also a supremely effective insect repellant. Use with caution and sparingly

Warnings
- Never mix more than 3 oils in any one treatment as the synergistic effects are less predictable.
- Many oils are to be avoided in Pregnancy. See Aroma Potions> Pregnancy Particular
- Essential Oils are for the use of adults only unless specifically indicated for use on children/infants.
- Never exceed a maximum of 1-3% solution of essential oil to base oil. Approximately 25 drops of essential oil in 50ml of base oil should be used.
